Job Description

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is a dynamic and rapidly growing division of Amazon, responsible for delivering packages to customers worldwide. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our logistics operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, tax, and analysis, with a proven track record of identifying cost-out opportunities and driving business improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Amazon Logistic metrics to identify cost-out opportunities and drive business improvements.
  • Build trusted partnerships with the business to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions.
  • Communicate data in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.
  • Identify risks, evaluate impact, propose changes, and implement improvements to remediate gaps.
  • Supervise and own the financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging operational plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, tax, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
