Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including agenda management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the smooth running of our facilities.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with various stakeholders, including providers, partners, and team members, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for our teleconference and videoconference setup, as well as our booking and CRM systems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to our partners and management team, as well as analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform various ad hoc tasks as required by the team, including secretarial duties and other administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree or secretarial studies, as well as a professional level of Microsoft Office. You should be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with a wide range of tasks. You will also need to be confident and able to work independently.
