About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team at a reputable investment firm in Madrid. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including agenda management, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  2. Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing office supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the smooth running of our facilities.
  3. Communication and Liaison: Liaise with various stakeholders, including providers, partners, and team members, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Technical Support: Provide technical support for our teleconference and videoconference setup, as well as our booking and CRM systems.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports to our partners and management team, as well as analyze data to inform business decisions.
  6. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform various ad hoc tasks as required by the team, including secretarial duties and other administrative tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a university degree or secretarial studies, as well as a professional level of Microsoft Office. You should be resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with a wide range of tasks. You will also need to be confident and able to work independently.
