Job Title: Receptionist Assistant

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist Assistant to join our team at GH&S. As a Receptionist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and check-in/check-out process
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and activities
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the housekeeping department
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in reception or a related field
  • Proficient in English
  • Flexibility, geographical mobility, teamwork, adaptability, customer orientation, and communication skills
  • Necessary knowledge: office automation, customer service
