About the Role:
The Digital Learning Specialist plays a crucial role in the implementation, utilization, and adoption of the Learning Management System in EMEA Endoscopy at Boston Scientific. This position is responsible for acting as an Instructional Designer for the development of trainings and collaborating with the Commercial Learning & Development Managers and the Instructional Designer Core teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- LMS Evolution: Provide strategic and tactical guidance for the EMEA Endoscopy LMS evolution, recommending technology or workflow solutions to efficiently deliver & track trainings, as well as improve user experience.
- Project Management: Project map and plan the launch and implementation of new LMS functionalities, collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with Global Sales Training, EMEA LMS CoE and other BSC divisional counterparts to leverage shared catalogs and technology expertise to maximize the use of learning content and successful implementation of new LMS functionalities.
- LMS Operations: Maintain the daily operation and use of the LMS, including establishing curricula, users, user groups and other sub-systems, managing taxonomy, resolving or escalating technical problems, providing user support, and deliver training to key stakeholders.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create, maintain and distribute dashboards and reports that meet the business needs.
- Instructional Design: Collaborate with the Commercial Learning and Development Managers in the creation of new trainings providing instructional design expertise and guidance.
- E-learning Content Creation: Create e-learning modules, virtual sessions, presential trainings and curriculums as per key strategic business needs.
