About the Role
The Digital Learning Specialist is a key member of the Commercial Learning & Development team at Boston Scientific, responsible for implementing, utilizing, and adopting the Learning Management System (LMS) in EMEA Endoscopy. This role acts as the focal point for customer learning rollout and troubleshooting, sales training teams, technology teams, and partners with EMEA and Global Internal LMS Core Teams to ensure compliance with process, technology, and data requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical guidance for the EMEA Endoscopy LMS evolution, recommending technology or workflow solutions to efficiently deliver and track trainings, as well as improve user experience.
- Collaborate with Global Sales Training, EMEA LMS CoE, and other BSC divisional counterparts to leverage shared catalogs and technology expertise to maximize the use of learning content and successful implementation of new LMS functionalities.
- Maintain the daily operation and use of the LMS, including establishing curricula, users, user groups, and other sub-systems, managing taxonomy, resolving or escalating technical problems, providing user support, and delivering training to key stakeholders.
- Create, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that meet the business needs.
- Collaborate with Commercial Learning and Development Managers in the creation of new trainings, providing instructional design expertise and guidance.
- Create e-learning modules, virtual sessions, presential trainings, and curriculums as per key strategic business needs.
Requirements
- A good understanding of Authoring Tools is required to deliver the best learning experience and to guide the teams.
