About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Specialist to join our team at Havas Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective online learning experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Content Creation
    • Develop high-quality course content from scratch, including writing, revising, and editing scripts based on input from subject matter experts.
    • Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance of course content.
    • Design and create engaging audiovisual content, such as interviews with subject matter experts.
  • Course Management and Editorialization
    • Manage and maintain existing training programs, providing user support and reporting.
    • Ensure quality control for all aspects of completed eLearning modules, including interactivity, functionality, and reporting.
    • Guarantee editorial alignment in both content and form, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience.
  • Communication and Marketing
    • Develop a comprehensive communications roadmap to promote our training programs.
    • Design and create visual and audiovisual supports to engage our HR community.
    • Manage the creation and distribution of newsletters, including writing, editing, and design.
    • Design and create internal banners and other marketing materials.
  • Miscellaneous
    • Contribute to testing and ensuring quality upon delivery of various learning supports.
    • Adapt and update existing training programs as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in Learning or HR communications, preferably in a media agency, digital company, or consultancy.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of eLearning software and tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other collaborative tools.
