Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global installation and commissioning team, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site installation and commissioning of our high-tech products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead on-site installation and commissioning activities
- Align priorities and activities with customers and project managers to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies for technical issues
- Set priorities and approach tasks in a goal-oriented manner
- Ensure high-quality installation and commissioning of our products
Requirements:
- Practical experience in Electronics and Mechatronics
- Intermediate vocational education degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Experience as a site manager or willingness to grow into an experienced site manager
- Valid driver's license
- Good problem-solving skills for technical issues
- Ability to work independently and with precision
- Good knowledge of English (German language skills are a significant advantage)
