Your contributions to our mission
You will support the Nacelles Organization within the Manufacturing Excellence sector by:
- Assisting in the Continuous Improvement and Manufacturing Business Processes departments.
- Aiding in the implementation of standards across Nacelles facilities.
- Analyzing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and facilitating the execution of solutions.
- Proposing lean initiatives, assessing their cost-effectiveness, and overseeing their implementation.
- Monitoring progress and reporting on improvements resulting from continuous enhancement programs.
- Participating in collaborative projects and helping organize workshops.
- Tracking and reporting changes in departmental performance indicators.
- Maintaining and updating schedules for data management tools.
- Collecting and analyzing data to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Supporting initiatives focused on data management, KPI tracking, and analytical tools.
- Communicating effectively with various stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
Qualifications for success
A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to driving change are essential. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Enrollment in a Master's degree program, preferably at an early stage.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken; Spanish is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Initial experience with PowerBI, databases, and PowerApps is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma principles is a plus.
- A strong aptitude for data analysis and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive teamwork skills.
- Proven capacity to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A hands-on approach and an innovative mindset, eager to collaborate within a global team.
