About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the master data of Human Resources across the entire Group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Consolidate HR data from national and international departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  2. Support the HR Budget and cash flow analysis to ensure proper completion within deadlines and objectives.
  3. Provide support on internal projects, such as process optimization and compensation planning.
  4. Manage personnel costs and headcount planning, as well as regular variance analysis.
Requirements
  1. University degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Controller.
  3. English language proficiency at C1 level.
  4. Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP knowledge is a plus.
