About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent with proficiency in French and Dutch to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our Customer Experience area, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide proactive support to customers, identifying and addressing their needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Update customer databases and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of English and strong language skills in French and Dutch.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of document management and experience with dedicated document management platforms.
