What You'll Do:

As a Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of architectural discussions, providing valuable insights and feedback, and implementing APIs and backend services. Your responsibilities include:

Architectural Influence : You will not only adhere to high-level directives but also actively shape and contribute to architectural decisions. Collaborating with a team of Business Analysts and fellow Developers, you will implement user stories for robust backend services and software. You possess the foresight to make the right decisions to address current and future challenges. High-Performance Backend Systems : Your code will drive fast, efficient API backend services. You will employ cutting-edge technologies, bringing a practical approach to effective solutions. Your standards for performance and well-crafted code are exceptionally high. Debugging Expert : When confronted with elusive bugs, you will not shy away. Root cause analysis is your forte, and maintaining software services is your responsibility. You follow the evidence and delve deep to resolve issues. Oversee pull requests and conduct thorough code reviews. Mentor team members on best practices. Uphold high standards of code quality and excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team. Advocate for initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, security, and performance of our systems. Act as an end-to-end owner , participating in various aspects of the software (design, build, delivery).

What We Are Looking For:

Remote Collaboration : You have experience working with highly distributed teams, mastering the art of virtual collaboration. Backend API Ownership : You have taken charge of backend API development and understand the entire API development lifecycle. You are proficient with OpenAPI specs and Swagger. Cloud Development : You excel in building scalable cloud applications. Azure Development, TableStorage, AppServices, PaaS, APIM, and ApplicationInsights are part of your toolkit. Tech Stack Proficiency : Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, C#, SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, .NETCore, and Core are your areas of expertise. Azure Certifications : If you hold Microsoft Azure certifications, consider them a bonus. Agile Methodology : You have navigated the SDLC with CI/CD, and are proficient with Git and Jira.
