Project Management for EHR Systems in Hospitals

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in hospitals in the Cataluña and Aragón region. The successful candidate will have experience in project management, healthcare IT, and renal care practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage software implementation projects for EHR systems.
  • Determine and document project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs, and deadlines.
  • Perform project tasks within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Use data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and create project monitoring reports.
  • Support commercial management in each Autonomous Community alongside the Renal IT Manager of Spain.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Biomedicine, Health Informatics).
  • Strong knowledge of EHR systems and familiarity with renal care practices and workflows.
  • Experience in healthcare IT consulting services is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Teamwork: time management, problem-solving, active listening, critical thinking, collaboration, empathy.
