Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Management Consultant to join our team in Arup Madrid. The successful candidate will support the coordination and daily management of projects, allowing technical staff to focus on their tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to coordinate project activities
  • Support the delivery of bids, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with cost management and control
  • Deal with clients and suppliers
  • Support the monitoring of projects
  • Help with financial control of the project, costs, and budgets
  • Attend internal and external meetings
Requirements
  • Studies in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Building) or Architecture
  • Great interest in the construction industry, real estate sector, and project management
  • Advanced use of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Presto and MS Project/Primavera
  • High level of English and Spanish (C1)
