We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PR Manager to join our team at Bluequo. As a key member of our PR & Communications team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development through strategic PR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Strategic Proposals: Craft innovative and tailored proposals and budgets that meet the needs of our diverse client base.
- Client Alignment: Proactively align with clients' business objectives and requirements to create effective strategies and plans that deliver substantial value.
- Client Engagement: Establish strong connections with clients, understand their needs, and collaborate with them to identify new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships by consistently matching client needs with Bluequo's services.
- Lead Business Pitches: Drive the development and delivery of new business pitches and creative proposals.
- Campaign Coordination: Oversee the coordination and execution of communication campaigns, including media relations, event management, and KPI reporting.
- Ensure Flawless Execution: Guarantee the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, addressing their business challenges with effective communication solutions.
- Effective Communication: Clearly and compellingly communicate ideas verbally, in writing, and through presentations, explaining strategies with enthusiasm and clarity.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on the latest marketing and communication trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

- Proof of strong relationships with media, editors, and freelancers.

- Strong and proficient English and Spanish speaking, presenting and writing skills; ability to create sincere, lasting business relationships.
