Senior Public Relations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations and Social Media Manager to lead our PR, social media, and content creation efforts.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our external PR agency to develop and execute a full calendar of PR strategies and activities that align with our business goals.
- Manage the external PR agency, including reviewing and refining PR materials.
- Monitor and report on coverage, providing guidance to the agency around key messaging, internal initiatives, and communication opportunities.
- Assist the CMO in managing potential PR crises, coordinating with the PR agency to craft appropriate responses.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with PR campaigns, brand, and product initiatives.
- Lead the hands-on content production process, working closely with our internal Insights team and in-house graphic designer to create high-quality visual and written content.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all assets and that all content aligns with our brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product development, competitor messaging, and customer challenges.

Requirements- Excellent external agency management experience.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, CMS, and analytical tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Planning and project management skills.
- Positive, entrepreneurial approach.
Your office base will be in London EC1 or Haddenham (London Marylebone to Oxford line) on a hybrid basis.
You will be expected to be in the office 2 to 3 times a week.
