Job Summary

Talent Search People is seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they meet their performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve their performance targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Manage team schedules, rotations, and holidays to ensure optimal coverage
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure that team members are meeting quality standards
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements

  • High level of English proficiency
  • Experience as a Team Leader in a customer service team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
