About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Southern Europe team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of consultants across multiple countries, providing operational management and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects and proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants across multiple countries, providing operational management and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects and proposals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that each proposal and project is adequately resourced, and that individual team members are supported to achieve their overall contribution statements.
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the team, providing regular feedback to the Business Unit Partner Lead and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders to address under/over resourcing by deploying under-utilized staff to billable work across teams and requesting resources as needed.
  • Contribute to the development, growth, and management of a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to more junior consultants.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the team and actively participate in DE&I initiatives.
  • Support and promote wellbeing and mental health within the team.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering results and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
