Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Kone México. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Customer Service teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of customer service professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process improvements, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Performance Management: Monitor and lead team performance, setting goals and objectives to achieve exceptional results.
- Customer Centricity: Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Process Management: Ensure efficient and effective processes are in place to support customer service operations.
Requirements
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT systems and tools, with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or customer service.
