Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to manage, evaluate, develop, and lead our Customer Service teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-centric leadership, team management, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead Customer Service teams to ensure effective implementation and execution of customer service and administration strategies.
  • Develop and execute plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and lead team performance, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
  • Use customer service data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage team budgets and ensure operational costs are within established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or administration team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Native speaker of Spanish, with a good level of English and Italian language skills an asset.
  • IT knowledge and experience with customer service software and systems.
  • Higher vocational diploma in technical or commercial sciences.
