We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership team at Mass Markets. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support to senior leadership
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal conflicts
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Handle confidential and sensitive information, maintaining discretion and professionalism
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience preferred
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
