Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership team at Mass Markets. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including:

  • Providing administrative support to senior leadership
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing presentations and reports
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal conflicts
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information, maintaining discretion and professionalism

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience preferred
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
