Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide support to our leadership team at Mass Markets. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately

Working Conditions

This is a sedentary role that requires prolonged sitting and use of a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
