Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant que Stagiaire Meeting Planner au Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal

Responsabilités
  • Représenter la marque Sofitel et en porter les valeurs
  • Établir les offres clients en adéquation avec les standards de la marque
  • Être force de vente afin de réaliser de la vente additionnelle
  • Faire le suivi des offres dans les délais impartis
  • Veiller au respect des recommandations des audits financiers
  • Collecter les informations nécessaires à la personnalisation de l'évènement
  • Coordonner avec les services opérationnels l'organisation de l'évènement client
  • Accueillir le client lors de la manifestation
  • Suivre de la satisfaction pendant et après l'évènement
  • Suivre de la facturation et envoi dans les délais impartis par la marque et les audits financiers
  • Superviser la qualité des prestations offertes à la clientèle par les services de la restauration

  • Une excellente communication et capacité à travailler en équipe
