Job Title: Global Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of finished and semi-finished products in our network locations with the required quality, cost, stock levels, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global inventory policies aligned with manufacturing batch policies
  • Collaborate with local supply planners to agree on inventory policies and replenishment principles
  • Calculate Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Run Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to adapt MPS results to manufacturing and key suppliers' capacity
  • Evaluate alternatives and establish contingency plans to guarantee key reference availability
  • Co-lead global operational Sales & Operation Plan (S&OP) meeting to provide information on availability risks, capacity constraints, materials requirements, and obsolescence
  • Maintain stock levels in third-party and Puig locations in accordance with Group Policies
  • Reduce stocks of obsolete materials or low-rotation items by analyzing and proposing reusability alternatives
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in supply planning or a related field
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
