Job Title: Global Demand Planner

Location: Barcelona, Spain

About the Role:

Puig, a leading player in the fashion and beauty industry, is seeking a skilled Global Demand Planner to lead the Sales and Operations Planning process for a cosmetic brand. As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasts, optimized inventory levels, and optimal costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning Process for the cosmetic brand
  • Coordinate launches and promotional items global forecasting
  • Develop and maintain regular goods sales forecasts
  • Identify and address deviations in sales forecast vs budget
  • Provide inputs for the Strategic Sales and Operation Planning Process
  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas
  • Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued
  • Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar; Master in Supply Chain is a plus
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required
  • High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software; SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tool is mandatory
