Job Title: Continental Europe Recruiting Lead

Everest Insurance (Ireland) Spain is seeking an experienced Recruiting Lead to drive the recruitment strategy and day-to-day recruiting efforts for our businesses in Continental Europe. This role requires a deep understanding of the Continental Europe market and the ability to identify, engage, and hire top talent in partnership with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that aligns with the business objectives of Everest Insurance (Ireland) Spain in Continental Europe.
  • Partner with Lead HRBPs, the Head of HR Integration, and other HR COEs to ensure cohesive process and strategy implementation for the region.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to research and develop effective sourcing strategies for the region, including new country recruitment requirements, routes to market, attraction strategies, and market intelligence.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline and conduct regular status meetings with Regional HR Business Partner(s) and other partners to present status of all open reqs and status for that region, market intelligence, challenges, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, including responsibility for employment contracts, and support global recruiting initiatives for the region.
  • Integrate the needs of the business into innovative and creative recruiting strategies that you execute and manage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition in Continental Europe.
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of the Continental Europe market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
