Job Title: Continental Europe Recruiting Lead

Everest Insurance (Ireland) Spain is seeking an experienced Continental Europe Recruiting Lead to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Continental Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Continental Europe
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company culture and values
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with our company's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Continental Europe
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Strong understanding of the Continental Europe job market and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software
