As a Front Office Agent at Kimpton Vividora Barcelona, you will be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience. You will support the Front Office Supervisors in all required tasks, acknowledging IHG Rewards Club and Kimpton Karma members and returning guests in person or on the phone.
Your Key Responsibilities- Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities, and inform them about ways to improve their stay.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Swiftly check guests in and out, taking IDs, handing out room keys, and controlling and releasing safety deposit boxes.
- Record and act on guests' preferences, handle their messages, requests, questions, and concerns, and be a trusted contact for all guests.
- Stay safe at all times, following our safety procedures, and report all incidents.
- Take pride in your appearance and place as a brand ambassador, always knowing what events and activities are on the day's schedule.
