Research Focus

The CRG is committed to understanding the complex mechanisms of alternative splicing (AS) and its role in gene expression. Our research aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms controlling AS regulation and its modulation by small molecules.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to contribute to our research project, focusing on the characterization of molecular mechanisms of AS regulation by small molecule modulators of RNA splicing. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to generate neoantigens and characterize their potential use in immunotherapy.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the characterization of molecular mechanisms of AS regulation by small molecule modulators of RNA splicing
  • Generate neoantigens and characterize their potential use in immunotherapy
  • Collaborate with our team to develop mechanism-based novel therapeutic approaches for oncology
Requirements
  • PhD in Molecular Biology
  • Proven experience in Molecular Biology and Gene Regulation
  • Desirable skills: Computational Biology, RNA analysis, and experience with RNA and disease
