Job Description

ADP is seeking a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our team in Spain. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering payroll management and HR outsourcing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of project implementation to ensure accuracy, precision, and legality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external client-facing teams.
  • Customize ADP applications to meet client requirements.
  • Request services and resources from internal and external providers as needed.
  • Evaluate and escalate critical issues that impact project timelines.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, Social Security, and Taxes in Spain.
  • Advanced knowledge of EXCEL and payroll applications.
  • Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in teams and under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Knowledge of payroll from a functional point of view.
Language:

Spanish (native), English (intermediate/functional).
