Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Backend Software Development Lead to join our international project team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of web applications using the latest versions of main frameworks and libraries, based on requirements and detailed specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of web applications from scratch using the latest versions of the main frameworks and libraries.
  • Understand and apply common design patterns.
  • Support the development of prototype versions of software modules and applications.
  • Report on progress made in assigned tasks, achieving defined deadlines.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead projects based on Agile methodologies.
  • Test to ensure code quality.
  • Perform project-related "on-call" support activities if needed.
  • Understand the "rules of development" (Code management, code repository, continuous Integration – CI and code review).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Valuable experience in frameworks and libraries such as Angular.
  • Experience in Unit Testing with Jest, Cypress.
  • Predisposition towards working with agile methodologies.
  • Interest in the constant evolution of the Digital IT sector.
  • Good understanding of the banking industry.
  • At least B2 level of English, written and spoken.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies such as REST, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and EJB.
  • Experience with Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, Struts.
  • Solid knowledge of Angular, including its syntax, features, and best practices.
  • Experience with state management using libraries like Redux, NgRx, or MobX.
  • Understanding of component-based architecture.
  • Familiarity with UI design patterns.
  • Must have a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
  • Experience with version control (Git).
