About the Role

Embention is a leading company in the development of avionics and critical components for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). We are seeking a highly skilled Software Project Manager to join our team and lead the development of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the software development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead the requirements analysis, planning, resource allocation, and coordination of the development process.
  • Coordinate with technical and human resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare reports and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Act as a communication link between the technical team and CXOs.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in software project management.
  • Autonomy, decision-making, leadership, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the UAV sector and aeronautics.
  • Hardware knowledge.
