**Job Description**

We are looking for a highly skilled **Software Engineer** to join our Backend team in Alicante, Spain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work on the development, improvement, and maintenance of our software tool and different products.
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, from development to deployment.
  • Develop and write clean, testable, and well-documented code, adhering to the latest coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Make informed architectural decisions to drive the growth of our software.
  • Produce, modify, and maintain websites and web applications to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team, including frontend developers, other software engineers, and product owners to deliver high-quality results.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with the Backend team to drive innovation and improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Senior profile with a broad experience in a similar role.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a backend software engineer.
  • Higher education or equivalent.
  • Extended experience with PHP and Java or with MySQL, ElasticSearch, or Cassandra.
  • Continuous Integration and Delivery experience is a plus.
  • Experience with control software like Git is a plus.
  • Web development technologies knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, SASS).
  • High English proficiency level.
