AWS Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

AWS Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team. As a Data Center Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with stakeholders in Spain and across EMEA, requiring both Spanish and English language proficiency.
- Meet SLA's against assigned trouble tickets via a directed workflow.
- Perform regular server hardware repairs, including drives, motherboards, and other components.
- Carry out routine network, server hardware, and OS-related repairs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to complete routine work and engage with Smart Hands in EU Regional POPs.
- Adhere to security and safety best practices in the data center.
- Participate in Data Center power & cooling events and team meetings for metric analysis and daily/weekly goals achievement.
- Identify and create documentation for use globally and help create process improvements relevant to the data center environment.
- Perform server upgrades, rebuilds, scheduled works as required, and interact with third-party vendors & contractors.
- Contribute to the development of other team members.
