AWS Infrastructure Services Deployment Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join the AWS Infrastructure Services team as a Deployment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the scaling and physical deployment of new data center infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on installing cabling and new racks within the data centers, ensuring the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to security and safety best practices in the data center.
- Installation and testing of copper and Fiber Optic cabling.
- Basic build and troubleshooting of network devices.
- Adhere to defined escalation processes and standard operating procedures.
- Project management of multiple projects with the ability to deliver within designated time frames.
- Work in noisy areas with hotter and colder temperatures than standard office environmental conditions.
