Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Implementation Specialist to join our team at Veup Group. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for leading complex implementation projects and client onboarding for our clients in the audio AI industry.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in implementation and onboarding, preferably with enterprise-level customers on complex B2B projects. You will have a strong understanding of business processes, corporate IT, and the ability to create detailed offerings for large-scale customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business processes and corporate IT to create detailed offerings for large-scale customers.
- Lead complex implementation projects with the Customer Success team.
- Evaluate and improve clients' operations using innovative AI audio solutions.
- Consult on opportunities, creating custom offers based on client needs.
- Liaise with clients to define yearly goals, targets, and KPIs.
- Address client issues and provide effective solutions.
- Manage client onboarding, forecasting workloads with the Operations team.
- Oversee application rollouts and market expansions.
- Collaborate with Sales to address client pain points and goals.
- Establish standardized processes and manage key agency and client relationships.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in implementation and onboarding, preferably with enterprise-level customers on complex B2B projects.
- Ad Operations experience, excellent communication skills, and high organizational skills.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and technical onboarding skills.
- Deep understanding of relevant technologies.
- Technical background, ability to explain technical concepts to clients, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience with a leading IT consulting firm, coding skills (API), and prior B2B SaaS experience are advantageous but optional.
What We Offer
