About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global digitalization strategy for our procurement function, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for procurement digitalization, including the implementation of SAP Ariba and other digital tools and platforms.
  • Lead multi-functional teams on large-scale projects, including the implementation of digitalization projects and the development of global standards and governance frameworks.
  • Research and consider new technological trends and market environments to support procurement excellence.
  • Organize and implement international workshops and training sessions to develop the skills and expertise of our procurement team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on digitalization and process improvement.
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP Ariba and other digital tools and platforms.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead multi-functional teams and drive complex projects forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
