About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital transformation efforts in procurement. As a Digital Transformation Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for procurement digitalization, driving process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a global standard for procurement core area digitalization
  • Collaborate with procurement functions, business departments, and external partners to drive digitalization initiatives
  • Derive, develop, and drive a strategic roadmap for procurement digitalization, focusing on Source-to-Pay
  • Lead multi-functional teams on large-scale/complex projects, including project management and implementation of tools and platforms as a global standard
  • Be the catalyst for automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to improve processes, toolboxes, and functional expertise
  • Research and consider new technological trends and market environment to support procurement excellence
  • Organize and implement international workshops and training sessions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Required expertise in implementation and execution of SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying, Commerce Automation, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance), S/4HANA is a plus
  • Completed university degree in Procurement Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering/Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Business fluency in English
