About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital transformation efforts in procurement. As a Digital Transformation Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for procurement digitalization, driving innovation and process improvement, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a digitalization strategy for procurement, aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead the implementation of digitalization projects, including SAP Ariba roll-outs and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with procurement functions, IT, and other stakeholders to drive process improvement and innovation.
  • Develop and manage a team of procurement professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement digitalization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digitalization and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and other procurement software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Business fluency in English.
