About the Role
This job is with Autodesk, an inclusive employer and a member of Mygwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community. As a Digital Sales Representative Benelux, you will work with clients of all levels, in various industries, across the Benelux region. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships between customers and Autodesk.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a customer portfolio through MQLs, assigned accounts, and inbound customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close, with your customer portfolios.
- Identify customer type/needs in discovery conversations and create, build, close, and transact a qualified pipeline of customers.
- Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by Autodesk.
- Manage a database of leads using Salesforce, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting, and maintaining to close or transferring to the appropriate team.
- Manage time effectively by multitasking among outbound calls, inbound calls, training, administration, and career development.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, preferably in the software or SaaS sales environment.
- Native Dutch and advanced level of English.
- Strong outbound calling skills and strong verbal and written skills.
- Familiarity with sales processes and certain selling methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive at all times.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships within sales as well as sales support to facilitate a better customer experience.
