Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art and Design Educator to join our team. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative curriculum designs
  • Assess and report student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Take a proactive approach to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities, promoting a sense of community and school spirit
  • Line manage a teaching assistant, providing guidance and support

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in teaching and curriculum development
  • Ability to differentiate and deliver engaging lessons, incorporating inquiry-based approaches
  • Familiarity with collaborative planning and team-teaching methodologies
