Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Technology and Design Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and developing the curriculum for our Design and Technology program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement teaching plans for Design and Technology subjects, ensuring alignment with the IB program guides.
- Use the MYP design cycle (Investigate, Plan, Create, Evaluate, and Reflect) as a fundamental tool in the design process.
- Participate in the standardization of assessment tasks to ensure consistency and fairness in student evaluation.
- Contribute to curriculum research and improvement by providing ideas and resources to enhance the student learning experience.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Design and Technology education.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching experience in Design and Technology, preferably in an IB program.
- Native or near-native English language proficiency.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with educational platforms to enhance classroom dynamics.
What We Offer:
- Permanent contract.
- Standard working hours: 9:30 – 17:10 h.
