Corteva Agriscience is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Agronomy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving our digital strategy and execution in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the Iberia sales enablement Digital Agronomy strategy and long-term plans, including designing commercial and technical roadmaps, creating and validating business plans, and leading implementation in collaboration with commercial and agronomy teams.
- Serve as Product Owner and primary driver of Granular Link, our main digital agronomy commercial tool, in coordination with the rest of digital services provided in the countries.
- Work together with commercial teams and customers to deliver digital services and tools for Spain and Portugal in a homogeneous, coordinated, and scalable way, delivering value to our sales strategy.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments involved in Marketing and Commercial activities for establishing a consistent CRM data-based action plan for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the EMEA Digital Lead to define the commercial reach, contribution targets, and penetration strategy.
- Validate with Iberia Management and EMEA Leadership and implement in line with local 5-year plan targets.
- Act as the primary contact for the operational implementation of Digital programs and tools in both countries.
- Coordinate agronomy innovation initiatives with countries and scout for initiatives that could add value to Corteva's platforms.
- Continuously coordinate with customers (seeds and crop protection) on their needs, establish connections among them, foster synergies.
- Establish processes for validating and supporting country-level innovation in digital activities.
- Maintain a census of services and its maintenance through an agreed operational mode.
- Foster company-wide innovation extending beyond agronomy.
- Work within the digital team to coordinate the service platform with other digital activities in order to optimize customer journeys and sales processes.
- Master's degree preferred in a relevant field.
- Agronomy background or experience in Precision Agriculture, digital agronomy, and sales processes.
- Proven commercial acumen, ability to motivate and influence country local teams to deliver on agreed commercial targets.
- Minimum 3 years in a commercial role.
- Technical knowledge - able to brief IT resources and DigitalAg team on digital needs and coordinate projects completion.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse teams across multiple regions.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in agile methodology, managing the development team to ensure timely, on-scope, and on-budget delivery of services.
- Fluent in English, any additional language will be a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence local and global teams driving consensus and providing direction.
- Strong Program Management skills.
- Resilience and ability to find innovative solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A must-have marketing and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel up to 30% is a requirement, presence on the field to support and coach local sales/technical teams.
