Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in one of our offices or remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services setting. They will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing our CRM program, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy and plan based on our overall business strategy.
  • Manage our CRM program to effectively support our marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing plans.
  • Provide strategic and operational marketing support to internal teams and contribute to client projects as needed.
  • Stay updated on current trends in the digital market and propose innovative ideas and innovations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services setting.
  • A good university degree in marketing, business administration, communication sciences, or a comparable field.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, digital strategy, and content marketing with hands-on experience with relevant tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach to improving processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1-C2). French or Spanish is a plus.
