We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to join our Alexa Shopping Operations team at Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U. - B76. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of AI Data Validators and AI Validator Leads, ensuring high-quality delivery under aggressive deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage day-to-day operations, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery based on business needs.
- Capacity Planning: Plan and commit to volume by managing resources, queue, shift management, cross-training, and leave management.
- Process Improvement: Maximize productivity and process efficiency through process standardization, documentation, supervision, analysis, and performance feedback.
- Team Development: Own team's hiring, performance, and development through performance metrics, training, feedback, and coaching.
- Communication: Track weekly/monthly metrics and process reviews with internal and external stakeholders across time zones.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 4+ years of experience in people management and relevant industry experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in French, German, Japanese, or Spanish language (preferred).
- Business Analytics experience and Six Sigma/Green Belt Certification (desired).
- MBA (desired).
