**Job Title:** Senior Sales Engineer - Cloud Solutions Expert

Corel Corporation USA is a leading provider of software solutions for businesses and individuals. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and provide technical expertise to our customers and partners.

**Responsibilities:

  1. **Technical Sales Support:** Provide in-depth technical assistance to potential customers, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical training sessions.
  2. **Product Expertise:** Maintain an advanced understanding of all Parallels and related competitors' products, including cloud solutions and virtualization technologies.
  3. **Sales Enablement:** Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide guidance on technical issues.
  4. **Project Management:** Develop project concepts and project proposals to solve customer needs and requests, and coordinate all activities related to technical sales support.
  5. **Training and Development:** Plan and conduct technical training sessions and webinars for customers and partners, and mentor and assist in training sales engineers and new hires.

**Requirements:

  • **Technical Expertise:** Advanced understanding of cloud solutions, virtualization technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • **Language Skills:** English speaking is mandatory; other languages are a strong plus.
  • **Travel:** Willingness to travel to industry events and customer sites as required.
