Job Summary

We are currently extending our cloud native payments processing platform to Santander banks and other financial institutions, with the aim of providing a single access to most domestic and international payment methods at global scale. As a Governance Jr Analyst, you will work within the Governance department, assigned mainly to reporting and performance measurement, management dashboards creation, controls execution, and follow-up tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes to improve key department reports.
  • Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.
  • Presents information using friendly reports that contain relevant information of Swift business.
  • Participate in the implementation of tools, projects, and processes.
  • Support external and internal audits, executing controls, and providing evidence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in economics, finances engineering, or similar field.
  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills.
  • Advance English.
  • Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Scrum or Agile development and Devops team initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively interact with different teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement.
  • Ability to seek clarification or assistance when needed.
