About the Role
We are seeking a Governance Jr Analyst to join our Payments Hub team. As a member of our Governance department, you will work on reporting and performance measurement, management dashboards creation, controls execution, and follow-up tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes to improve key department reports.
- Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.
- Present information using friendly reports that contain relevant information about Swift business.
- Participate in the implementation of tools, projects, and processes.
- Support external and internal audits by executing controls and providing evidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in economics, finances engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills.
- Advance English.
- Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Scrum or Agile development and Devops team initiatives.
- Ability to effectively interact with different teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
- Ability to seek clarification or assistance when needed.
- Willing to learn and develop Swift concepts, work in a multidisciplinary team, and communicate with clients in 3 continents.
