PAGONXT is looking for a Governance Jr Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

This position is for the Payments Hub team. We are currently extending our cloud native payments processing platform to Santander banks and other financial institutions, with the aim of providing a single access to most domestic and international payment methods at global scale.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As member of Swift Team you will work withing Governance department assigned mainly to reporting and performance measurement, management dashboards creation, controls execution and follow up tasks. Provides client and Swift Tribe cross support in finances, reporting, controls, audit, projects and similar areas.

The following are some of the key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes in order to improve the key department reports.
Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.
Present information using friendly reports that content relevant information of Swif business.
Participate in implementation of tools, projects and processes.
Support to external and internal audits executing controls and providing with evidences.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in economics, finances engineering or similar field.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills.
- Advance English
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Understanding of Scrum or Agile development and Devops team initiatives
- Ability to effectively interact with different teams and clients
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, strong organizational, time management and planning skills
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement
- Ability to seek clarification or assistance when needed

Willing to learn and develop Swift concepts, work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate with clients in 3 continents.
