Job Summary

We are currently extending our cloud-native payments processing platform to Santander banks and other financial institutions, with the aim of providing a single access to most domestic and international payment methods at a global scale. As a Junior Governance Analyst for our Payments Hub team, you will work within the Governance department assigned mainly to reporting and performance measurement, management dashboards creation, controls execution, and follow-up tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify valuable data sources and automate data gathering processes in order to improve the key department reports.
  • Improve recurrent reporting and ensure timely delivery.
  • Present information using friendly reports that contain relevant information of Swift business.
  • Participate in the implementation of tools, projects, and processes.
  • Support external and internal audits executing controls and providing evidence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, engineering, or similar field.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of Scrum or Agile development and DevOps team initiatives.
  • Ability to effectively interact with different teams and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
  • Ability to seek clarification or assistance when needed.
  • Willing to learn and develop Swift concepts, work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate with clients in three continents.
