As a Specialist Indirect Buyer Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex assignments related to Indirect Spend, focusing on areas such as tooling, office consumables, and training. Your role will include handling Indirect Spend for various categories, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners, and leading procurement phases and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Indirect Spend for various categories
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners
* Lead procurement phases and strategy development
* Drive global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, and process improvements
* Optimize the supplier base by maintaining relationships with preferred suppliers and sourcing new ones
* Lead the procurement process through to contract signature

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience in an Indirect Spend or purchasing environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fluent in English (essential), with German as a significant plus
* Effective negotiation skills and cross-functional cooperation ability
* Advanced problem-solving skills and project management experience
* Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Ability to travel as needed
